Welcome to the Law Offices of Carpenter and Brown P.A. Our firm was established by Daniel T. Carpenter and Richard Bird, a former State Legislator, on June 10, 1972, and Roger L. Brown joined the firm as a partner on January 1, 1976. Mr. Bird left the firm and it has been known as Carpenter & Brown P.A. for the past 20 years.

The "mission of our firm" is to provide the finest representation possible for our clients. This means more than mere legal representation and includes giving wise counsel to those in need. Whether a business person in a complex transaction, a first time home owner, a widow dealing with the loss of her husband, or a person in the midst of marital problems, the issues are always more than just "legal".

Often clients present complex, sometimes contradictory, legal, emotional and practical issues which need to be addressed in a straightforward yet sensitive manner. No one has all the answers, but we have over 60 years of combined experience and the enthusiasm to resolve most problems.

We are quick to recognize that some legal problems require a specialist and have developed relationships with like-minded attorneys for referral in those special cases.
